Our staff can provide you with contacts who are knowledgeable about the various aspects of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and its implementation.

The NMDVR can assist with the following:

The NMDVR’s On-the-Job Training provides actual skill development on an individual basis at little or no cost to you.

It is a cost effective way for people to learn your specific job requirements. On-the-Job Training is an agreement between NMDVR, an employer and an NMDVR job seeker.

• You have the opportunity to observe the worker during the training period;
• It helps you by reducing the expense of training an individual;
• You have no complicated paperwork;
• The worker receives appropriate training.
