Your Rights

The New Mexico Division of Vocational Rehabilitation has established procedures to ensure that you or, if appropriate, your representative, who are dissatisfied with any determination made by DVR staff that affects the provision of vocational rehabilitation services, may request a timely review of that determination.

The NMDVR encourages you to review the Manual of Operating Procedures (MOP) as an introduction to your rights as a DVR participant and our responsibilities to you. The MOP is a document that encompasses the approved standards for performing operations related to providing services to the citizens of New Mexico.

For more information, review the ‘Your Rights section of DVR’s Manual of Operating Procedures.
