Therese “Terry” Trujillo
Administrative Services Deputy Director / Chief Financial Officer 

Terry Trujillo is a Native New Mexican who brings more than 20 years of fiscal, contract, and program management experience to NMDVR, both from the public and private sectors. She served as the Program and Reporting Manager for the Temporary Assistance to Needy Families Welfare to Work, Medicaid Long Term Services and Supports, and American Recovery and Reinvestment Act programs. Terry was also the Chief Financial Officer for the New Mexico Departments of Cultural Affairs, Tourism, and Economic Development. In the private sector, she managed Presbyterian Health Plan’s Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports program and served as the Contract Administrator for state/local governments and education contracts for Insight Enterprises, formerly PCMG, Inc.

Ms. Trujillo holds a graduate degree in Organizational Management and earned her Project Management Professional certification and multiple Continuing Education Units through the Association of Government Accountants. Terry brings a commitment to ensure strong fiscal and program accountability to NMDVR.
