Rudy Grano
Field Operations Director

Rudy Grano is a Field Operations Director for Areas 2, 3 and 6. He oversees the NMDVR operations for the Rio Rancho, Gallup, Quail (ABQ), Farmington, Las Cruces, Silver City and Alamogordo offices. Rudy has earned a Master of Forensic Science and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Leadership. He possesses multiple project management certifications, which include Scrum Fundamentals, Six Sigma yellow belt, Project Management Professional (PMP), and finally, Project Management Institute-Agile Certified Practitioner. He is honored and privileged to be a United States Veteran, having served the United States Army as a combat medic. He has over 25 years of experience as a dedicated public servant, serving within the Federal Government with the United Census Bureau and U.S. Army, and within State Government.

Prior to joining team NMDVR, Rudy held multiple positions with the Aging & Long-Term Services Department (ALTSD), which included but was not limited to Director of Special Projects, Deputy Division Director of Adult Protective Services, and Regional Manager for the Northwest part of the state.

He is also a small business owner, specializing in providing administrative support, project over site and assisting other small businesses to reinvent or establish themselves during the pandemic. He considers himself fortunate to be able to position participants with the best opportunity to successfully secure meaningful training and employment.
